  • Shackles

    Shackles are one of the most used rigging fittings. Because the pins are removable, they’re used to make connections to slings, rope, cable, etc. In the category of steel fittings, we offers two basic types of rigging shackles: screw pin anchor, bolt type safety anchor.

     As a protective coating, shackles are hot dip galvanized. Our galvanized shackles provide long-lasting durability and quality that’ll last for many years to come. Manufacturer certificates can be provided on request.

     We offer shackles WLL from 0.5 ton to 120 ton


  • Rope clips

    Azovtranskomplekt has a full line of wire rope clips in galvanized, zinc plated, and stainless steel finishes to best suit your job’s requirements. A wire rope clip, also called a clamp, cable clamp, wire rope clamp, U-Clip, U-Clamp, is used to fix the loose end of the loop back to the wire rope. It usually consists of a U-shaped bolt, a forged or cast saddle and two nuts. The two layers of wire rope are placed in the U-bolt. The saddle is then fitted over the ropes on to the bolt (the saddle includes two holes to fit to the U-bolt). The nuts secure the arrangement in place.

  • Turnbuckle

    Turnbuckles are used to provide a means for length adjustment and tensioning. They are used with guys for masts, towers, tall structures and engineering applications. Turnbuckles generally have elongated eyes or clevis end fittings for connection to shackles, wire rope assemblies, pad eyes and the like. The main benefit of a turnbuckle is that it may have a greater ability to be tightened under load. Also, there may be a wider scope for providing means for locking while in service.

  • Eye bolt

    Lifting eye bolts are bright zinc plated for the ultimate combination of quality and strength.

     

    Available as metric course right handed thread, in sizes from M6 to M48, our high tensile DIN 580 collared lifting eye bolts are capable of handling working loads between 70kg and 8600kg, and Safe Working Load specifications are forged onto each individual eye bolt body.
